Sleep baby sleep: is the holy grail of parenthood actually achievable?

Did you hear that? It’s the sound of our podcast This Little Life returning for your listening pleasure.

Hosted by Elke Pascoe, Founder and CEO, The LittleOak Company, This Little Life is an impromptu and lively discussion diving into the big and little issues of parenting and beyond.

We know it’s been a little while since our last episode, but we’ve been working hard behind the scenes and are ready for a big year. In 2023, we’ll be sharing a new episode each fortnight with a great mix of expert advice and fascinating real life stories, along with lots of laughs and the same honest perspectives you’ve come to expect from us.

To kick things off, we’re tackling what is arguably the most commonly talked about topic in parenting.

Sleep baby sleep: is the holy grail of parenthood actually achievable?

If you’re a parent, there’s a good chance you’ve thought and talked (a lot) about sleep, and at some stage, prayed to the sleep gods to get your little one sleeping better. (Quite frankly, it’s exhausting).
And is it even possible? Can children actually sleep well, and most importantly how can we make it happen?

Leading baby sleep expert Donna Moala has helped thousands of families globally to get a better night’s sleep and she joins LittleOak Founder and CEO Elke Pascoe to tackle the big questions on little ones’ sleep. From knowing the ideal “awake window” for your child, the impact of diet, and creating the ideal sleeping environment, these two mums leave no stone unturned in their quest for the holy grail of parenting. There’s also a healthy dose of myth busting, including why sleep training shouldn’t be considered a dirty word.
